| #2 / Thu, 04 Dec 08 14:30 Definately wise to release digitally only, but why exclusively through itunes?

| #4 / Thu, 04 Dec 08 14:52 That sucks. Has iTunes finally upgraded their track quality above the oh so shite 160?

| #5 / Sat, 06 Dec 08 02:53 yeah keep it digital so all the geeks/blog electro kids etc can download it from their nearast torrent site instantly. leave the real music to the vinyl freaks.

| #8 / Wed, 10 Dec 08 07:40 I hope more artists like Booka Shade do digital-only releases... so I don't have to sift through the shiite when I'm looking for good records.

 | RA Review It has not been a favorable year for Booka Shade. Even though they're clearly masters of live performance (their electrifying set at Montreal's Osheaga Festival last summer, counter-intuitively stuck between showcases from MGMT and CSS, was the definite highlight of the day as far as I was concerned..

Are you serious guys? C'mon honestly - as if you'd have to sift through loads of stuff in order to find a Booka Shade release. If you went to a store you'd have no trouble finding it.

| #11 / Wed, 17 Dec 08 13:51 Looks like absolute garbage - Booka Shade, to me, are flogging a dead-horse - recycling material from the true flop of an album that was 'The Sun & The Neon Light'. Forced and very awkward.
Not a fan of theirs right now, so much better stuff out their to spend you time with...

| #12 / Wed, 17 Dec 08 14:30 This is a pretty bad move on their part, although if you can download Paper Planes on it's own then I will first in the que.
I do have to say I actually loved The Sun & The Neon Light, screw the neg-hype, as a club album (or an after club album) it fails but I have it on constant rotation in my car....

| #13 / Wed, 17 Dec 08 17:10 ^^ I agree - i thought it was a good album. Peeps were just expecting another Movements but they went a different way. Kudos to them.

| #17 / Tue, 23 Dec 08 11:52 Found some unique old Booka Shade release, from 1996, maybe their first release?

| #20 / Wed, 14 Jan 09 10:59 Whether it's recycled material or not... I still enjoyed it whilst bumming around the house doing nothing. It's staying in my downtempo playlist.
