| #851 / Tue, 20 Oct 09 14:49 Posted by marzieThis looks bloody awful - chips n ice-cream with a splash of chocolate sauce. Quelle-est la white stuff? ==>> Melted curd cheese. It was pretty much the staple diet of most of the kids in high school. I can't touch the stuff. So...much...acid...reflux...

Well that was odd. Not a 'suck' to make it offensive or even 'cup' to make it weird...but 'touch'. Strange choice.

Nah, ending up on Brick lane for a curry before heading to fabric. Shame really, had my mouth all ready for this Canadian delight of "chips, ice cream & chocolate sauce" . Will try getting down there at some point this week though...

A special place in my heart must be reserved for Musoorie though. After the heat and sweat of Delhi to be close to the foothills of the Himalayas and able to breathe the snow-chilled air every morning was pretty magical. I assume the 'Diwali beat' is the same one that's been purloined by Timbaland on roughly half his recorded output thus far?
Smart idea you checked out Musoorie. So can be said for few more 'hill stations', you are pretty much in the lap of Himalayas in these towns. Don't know if you happen to try any of the pure hash available in those woods? Not the general bong filler, more like stuff used by Hindu priests to meditate. Holy Smoke as they say!

Never had the pleasure unfortuneately - loved the beer though. In India the lager's always 'by royal decree' or something - like I need an excuse. And the masala chai... I did think those hindu priests were carrying a lot of pinkeye though...
