There are few comparible underground tech house producers out there who can match Jamie, very excited!

I had the pleasure of listening to a promo of 'Don't You Remember the Future' by Jamie Jones last week and i happy to say that the fan's of Jamie's Deep, Chuggin' Groove style will not at all disappoint!!

Its a single's EP but it flows like a set should, we all know 'Summertime' well now and for me the 'Extended Vocal' is the tune of Ibiza 09, but there are a number of tracks that'll find their way into your set.

'Belter' for instance does exactly what it says on the tin. With echo's from 'Panic' its sure to be big!

'Galactic Space Bar' is more on the techno tip with a dark vocal and a shout out to Jonesy himself, dark and deep dancefloor killer!

'This is How' is my personal fav! Loop city endurance test, get your head down and find your spot, your punching the air for this one for the whole track!

Hope this help's,
Shaun.

Jamie Jones - Don't You Remember the Future cover
RA Review
But Jamie, how can we remember the future? The sci-fi narrative that opens Jamie Jones's debut album clues us in: It paints a dystopic scenario where mainstream media has become a kind of evil industrialized nightmare, brainwashing the masses, but against which underground artists disseminate their..

a lot of the tracks sound like some kind of funky japanese video game, i like it!! i´ll buy the 3x12 if it comes out, not sure if i would play this out, not really my style, it´s more like something cool to listen to when hitting some beer and herb with the homies Hippie imo it deserves a higher rating, i agree with B-Kader lots of interesting sounds going on

I can't believe how successful Jamie has become of recent, he has almost gone from obscurity to reading about him in every paper I pick up. Fantasic PR or worthy producer! I personally really like his stuff!

Been looking forward to checking out this one since I 1st heard about it.

One of the best albums Ive heard in ages. I wonder about the RA ratings. They give some right old crap 4s and more but this only a 3.5 ?

WHATEVER. I dont trust your judgement. This is at least a 4 pushing 4.5.

I was a bit disappointed - mainly because some gems from Jamie's sets were missing. Thankfully they've turned up on the "Bonus Tracks" release. House Aint Back and Pin The Cushin are particular favourites.

Yo Jamie I love your style man. This album has got so many great tracks...A few of my favorites are We can, This is How, and Acerola. There's a special balance between the grooviness and elegance that I really enjoy. Can't f*ckin wait to see you at Cielo!

This is a very strong album, enjoyed it very much. If you do pick it up, make sure you get it with the bonus disc as well.

think its a quality album. Never go off RA's ratings, the authors are always so pretentious they only give an album high marks to be different thats why loads of terrible dubstep albums get high ratings
