 | RA Review There's a delicate balance in what Nick Curly and many of his Mannheim cohorts do. In constructing music that is so relentlessly track-y, it's impossible not to sometimes fall over into the abyss of colorless techno. What works on the floor sometimes has no relation to what works at home. That said,..

| #5 / Tue, 22 Sep 09 08:11 Its a good example for how successful you can be with "uninspired" music, look at this guys booking schedule its impressive. I mean some really influential musicians never had bookings like this. But the good musicians concentrate on music not on business like him ;-) So its their only chance to work together with business minded people.

| #14 / Thu, 24 Sep 09 15:27 While I totally agree with a low grade, you guys are maybe overreacting a bit. I would give this a 2,5, because I can totally imagine this being played in Watergate, it has a nice groove and will keep people dancing.
I won't buy this, but it's the kind of techhouse that isn't any less bad than half of the tracks that we monthly see in the top 50 most charted at RA. It misses some personality, but 1,5 is too low.

Word. La Palma got 3 if im not mistaken and that isnt any better than this really. If we are reviewing dance music then shouldnt it be judged on how well it makes people dance? To listen to on its own "Stuntman" from the last series is boring as all fuck but on a system with a full dance floor it certainly works. LET THE BOYS PLAY!!!
