Legal problems (lack of some important information) were found in the documentation presented by the producers to the Government, so it cancelled the abilitation for the use of the space at GEBA. It's was not confirmed this year to take place in 'Autódromo Gálvez'.
So... here all the fans are expecting for Official News. Since mid or the late week there was an expected offical report from the producers about the situation.
No more info about this.

Full refunds will be available from Monday 9th November from the ticket vendors or any tickets purchased will be valid for the new date. What a spectacular fuck-up.
