That's perfect! That means he does not make track selection from the top 100 of beatport and does a bit of researsh to find music he likes and not necessarily what people want to hear or have heard hundred of times in clubs and existing mix.

I agree. I've got the CD and it is excellent. Really nice and melodic. Incredibly well programmed and sequenced. My only complaint, and this comes down to preference really, is that the "peak" only lasts for about 3 tracks before it winds down again.

Couple little bits i've been smiling to are the little R2D2 type chirps in "Birds On Tree" and the very last 30 seconds of "The Life Wire" which sound like its straight out of a late 90's Bedrock mix (in a good way!) But to be honest the whole thing is pretty special - looks like a lot of that hyperbole turned out to be spot on!

The track selection, the common thread flowing from beginning to end, different moods keeping the listener busy and on their toes, and of course the excellent mixing and sequencing. Could go on and on...
So many good tracks, but favourites for now are Analog Effekt and the remix of Silverhum.
Only small quibble is the transition from the album peak into the closing pair of songs, it's a bit sudden, though once Fortune starts playing I couldn't care less as the 2 songs closing the album are awesome.
