If the buzz around Detroit renegade Seth Troxler is already unavoidable, the months ahead should see it reach fever-pitch. The DJ and producer is set to duck down here next weekend for a fly-by tour, coming straight off a Miami Winter Music Conference marathon. Rivalling the likes of Steve Bug as the most-booked DJ at this year’s conference, Troxler is strutting his stuff at five parties in four days – including eye-wateringly impressive mega-rave Sunday School For Degenerates.

Having recently delivered the fifth volume in BPitch’s celebrated mix-CD series Boogybytes, Troxler has scored himself a new residency for Circo Loco’s forthcoming season at DC-10 in Ibiza. The festival slots have already begun to roll in too, with The Glade in the UK and Croatia’s Garden Party just the beginning.

It’s not just the man’s DJing prowess that’s in demand, though. So far this year, he’s worked with Deetron and contributed to the new Tiefschwarz long-player Chocolate, and there’s more cooking with his Crosstown Rebels compadres. With a schedule that full, it’s probably advisable to catch him while you can.

great fun, but missing the boat due to it pulling out early and having to get a water taxi was a bit stressful/exciting! actually caught hardly anything of downstairs due to much fun being had upstairs. great crowd, would do again!
