Too much shit around today and not enough substance... Joris makes fantastic music... i'm amazed to see the interview on here seeing as his music rarely gets any coverage. I recognise that too: you know what style of music a DJ plays or produces and you know a huge ammount of tracks by hearing, but to make a study of the titles of their releases isn't the priority of the music experience. See you perhaps in Decadance later on this month.

why is it so bad to turn commercial? when you keep the quality, its always good. I'm following his productions since years and he really deserves the credit because he is making quality stuff since day one when he produced 4/4 techno..

Good shout mate. When an artist's aim is to be commercial, then you can find fault. When an artist becomes commercial for no other reason than the fact that he is simply that good and everyone loves what he does, I don't see a problem! That's why they call it 'crossover appeal' and it's all too rare a thing nowadays.
