| #11 / Thu, 29 Apr 10 11:24 What is the 4 for? The piece as written is already by consensus a 5. There is a huge critical history behind this. So if this version is the one that stands out for RA as displaying the most originality and conceptual depth, where does the 4 come from? I'm simply curious to know!

| #12 / Sat, 01 May 10 15:58 To guymccreery: I haven´t heard this version of In C, but as you know, there is a lot of individual contribution by the players of this piece, which simply means that some of the performances will be more inspired, by less. The 4 mark, I suppose, is not meant to evaluate the Riley´s composition, but this particular recording. As it is to be released only on May the 4th, we have to wait three more days to evaluate the qualities of this performance by ourselves!

| #13 / Sun, 15 Aug 10 02:26 Without being pretentious i can ligitimately own four recordings of this and still not be a pompous arse. Personally I perfer music for 18 musicians better but yeah this is still the bomb
