Ryuichi Sakamoto has announced details of his new album, and also of a Japanese tour that will run in partnership with iTunes.Out Of Noise , is Sakamoto's first in five years. Released in March, it'll be followed by a Japanese tour that takes in 18 cities in 21 shows. This isn't just any old tour, however.
