The Skull Disco and Apple Pips man will play ten dates across North America later this month.
Dubstep doyen Appleblim will head to America for the first time this month for a a ten-date tour.
The Apple Pips boss will crisscross the continent twice over the course of the next two weeks, starting off at New York's dubstep institution Dub War this Friday. The opening night of the tour is a collaboration with Scuba's Sub:stance party (which is held quarterly at Berlin's much-lauded Berghain club), and will host both of the English DJs as well as Dub War staples Joe Nice and Dave Q. From there, he'll make his way to Los Angeles and San Franscisco before heading east through unlikely dubstep hotbeds Dallas, Atlanta and Boston.
Attendees of Montreal's Mutek festival will then get to check him out alongside Moderat, Mala and Deadbeat, whilst the last leg of the tour takes in Portland before moving up to British Columbia for the final leg. If his recent shows are anything to go by, fans shouldn't expect a set of strictly dubstep, as Appleblim has been mixing up wild strains of techno, dubstep, funky and garage when DJing back in Europe.
