This Saturday sees high flyers Aeroplane make their much anticipated return to Glasgow's Stereo.Martyn , Efdemin , and local hero JD Twitch of uber-cool club brand 'Optimo'. Stephen Fasano and Vito Deluca, better known as Aeroplane , have been going from strength to strength recently, steadily churning out delight after delight of disco treats and recently provided the summer soundtrack of countless dance music fans with their recent Disco Balearica CD for Mixmag. The duo's remixing skills are also very much in demand, reworking such diverse artists as Lindström, Grace Jones, MGMT, Bloc Party and Friendly Fires. Their debut album, which sparked a major label bidding war, drops in August, and will be produced alongside fellow Belgians Soulwax. Mixing their own productions and remixes with classic disco and downright party tunes, expect the Aeroplane to start your summer on a high.
