  • Hieroglyphic Being will release a new edition in his So Much Noise 2 Be Heard series early next month. The Mathematics Recordings head honcho already put out a piece of vinyl under the same name last year, but don't be worried: The CD version has 13 brand new tracks from the Chicago-based DJ/producer. And, according to the press notes, there are far more in the vaults: "Over 3,000 compositions were created @ The Galaxy Studios in Chicago from 1996-2009," he states. Taking in "an array of sounds & influences from Ankh, aboriginal noises, classic house, new age, acid house, free jazz, sufi rhythms, deep soundscapes, ragtime electronics & rhythmic noise," it should be a typically diverse set of sounds from the recently hyper-prolific imprint.
