  • Hamburg's Remute will host a new monthly night in Hamburg in 2010. Denis Karimani's Remute project has become something of a big deal in recent times with his foolproof techno. He hopes to stimulate similar interest in his new monthly night, Office, which is to set to get underway in 2010. "I think Hamburg has become pretty poor these days regarding good events," Karimani told us via e-mail. "I think the party-people need something more, that special spark if you know what I mean..." Karimani plans to illustrate by throwing two taster parties in September and November of this year—the first of which will see Remute playing live, along with UK techno icon Radio Slave. The night is to be held at Hamburg's Uebel & Gafaehrlich, an abandoned bunker in the city centre. When the monthly night gets into full swing, Remute will be providing resident DJ duties along with fellow Hamburg local Micael Standor—so expect plenty of big room party shenanigans from the pair next year.
