Heading Amsterdam way during ADE? RA certainly is, so feel free to join us as we touch down for a soiree at Trouw on Saturday October 24th.
As the summer begins to wind down, and thoughts turn towards upcoming clubbing adventures, RA are pleased to bring you details of our movements during the annual four-day Amsterdam Dance Event this coming October. Saturday 24th will be the date to mark in your diaries as RA sets up at one of the city's finest new clubs, Trouw. Joining us for our Dutch do will be esteemed French techno producer Sebastien Devaud, AKA
Agoria, who will weigh-in with a DJ set alongside a live performance from Supplement Facts boss
Guy Gerber. Prodigal party-starter
Seth Troxler will also be making his way over from Berlin, while support is of a decidedly Dutch ilk with
Patrice Baumel and
Nuno dos Santos joining forces for a back-to-back session and secretsundaze favourite
Melon also mucking in.
Trouw will of course be hosting a full program of events during ADE. It all begins on Wednesday 21st with the venue's resident Viral Radio night bringing, among others, The Gaslamp Killer,
Martyn and
Clark along for the ride. Thursday meanwhile sees an Innervisions takeover of the club:
Henrik Schwarz and
Âme's Frank Wiedemann will hook up with Norwegian jazz hand Bugge Wesseltoft, with imprint bosses Âme and
Dixon also chipping in with DJs sets. (With a very special presentation that night of
Lost and Sound, a previously published book (in German) by Tobias Rapp which will be translated into English and released into the world later this year by the imprint.)
Friday's offering meanwhile is a head-to-head between Planet E and Rekids with the respective label heads
Carl Craig and
Radio Slave going at it on a back-to-back basis and Underground Resistance's Mike Banks playing a live keys set. If you're still feeling frisky come Sunday you'll have the uncompromising force that is
Marcel Dettmann to spur you on as the Ostgut man lines-up alongside resident Patrice Baumel and a couple of as yet unannounced guests.
The RA ADE party at Trouw is proudly sponsored by AKG - Manufacturer of broadcast and live sound equipment, as well as brilliant headphones.
