Herve is set to release the very first label compilation of his new imprint, Cheap Thrills, in early October.

The DJ/producer, sometimes known as one-half of The Count & Sinden, has enough aliases to confuse anyone. Among them? Voodoo Chilli, Machines Don't Care, Speaker Junk, Young Lovers and Action Man. To accommodate the madness, Herve has set up the imprint to release his own records and to also "nurtur[e] new, fresh and exciting production talent."

That new, fresh and exciting talent has included Fake Blood, Kissy Sell Out and Jack Beats thus far, and Herve will highlight each with Cheap Thrills Vol. 1, a two-disc collection (one mixed, one unmixed), that seeks to provide an introduction to the raucous brand of dance music that they're currently pushing. With eight exclusives included on the first disc, fans new and old should each have something to chew on.
