- The Belgian imprint will release a new compilation from the home listening sublabel this month. Aphex Twin features.
While R&S Records recently reopened, not all aspects of the label have made a return. Not so for Apollo, though. Later this month, the home listening sublabel will relaunch with a new compilation.
Apollo's tagline? "Cause you can't dance all the time." A compilation entitled Apollo: Past, Present, Future will prove just that, featuring, as you might expect, exactly what the tin states. Old tracks and new will mingle, with the likes of Aphex Twin, Underworld, Mark Van Hoen's Locust project, indie rockers Pinback and more all coming by for a bit of fun. Dave Angel even contributes an exclusive. As with R&S, this seems to be just the beginning. The label's entire back catalogue will be made available in the digital format over time.
