Sven Vath is set to bring his Cocoon show to the Amsterdam Dance Event for the sixth time this year.
Come the end of September, Cocoon will have wound down its operations on the white isle of Ibiza, but that doesn't mean that Papa Sven will be taking a rest any time soon. Saturday 24th October will see the Cocoon ringleader descend on Amsterdam's
Powerzone club for his annual label party, as their usual venue The Sand has recently had licensing restrictions imposed upon it meaning that their official capacity isn't what it once was.
Cocoon representatives got to check the place out during a Circo Loco event earlier this year, and, after deciding the sound wasn't up to their usual standards, have arranged to bring in a full Funktion One system especially for the night. Reach Visuals (who also look after the Cocoon parties in Ibiza) will manage the projections and lasers, and Sven's supporting cast isn't to be sniffed at either.

Markus Fix will showcase his rolling house grooves. Trancey techno duo
Extrawelt will also play live, while room two will see the likes of
Daniel Sanchez,
Joey Daniel,
Rauwkost and
Olivier Weiter perform as part of Dutch agency We Are E's showcase.
