Sander Kleinenberg is set to follow up his first This Is Sander Kleinenberg mix with a sequel later this month.

The Dutchman will again use his own Little Mountain Recordings imprint for the compilation, which spans two discs and twenty-six tracks, three of which have been previously unreleased. The CDs go under the headers Left and Right respectively, with the first showcasing a slightly deeper style of Sander's. Opening with the European tech-house flavours of Sascha Funke and Diynamic boys Solomun, Stimming and H.O.S.H., the mix then veers towards Sander's progressive house roots with offerings from Sultan and production partner Ned Shepherd as well as Robert Babicz. Those who are looking for the more pumping side of Kleinenberg's big room sound should prefer the more direct tech and electro-house beats of the Right disc, which features tracks from Lutzenkirchen, Rene Amesz and Mason.

Sander is one of THE best DJ's there is, especially for his progressive house, great visuals and mixing quality!

Yeah, his sound is great and the visuals are awesome as you can figure out on these two links.

Fri, 23 Oct 2009It's always a different vibe on CDs though and that's why I think the other mixes were 'yawn'. Everyone always sounds better live. It would be nice to hear a CD set with that type of mistique these days. Just a thought.

Agreed - one of my fav mixes of all time. IMO he peaked in 2003-04 with his Everybody mixes (1 and 2). Everything after that was a big YAWN.

The first 'This Is...' was a little more down tempo to start both Cd's but the tracks were very good and built up to really good house by the last half of both Cd's! However, 'This Is...2' is nowhere near as good! Tracks 4-10 on CD1(Left) are the only good tracks on the whole... More
