Music In Mind showcases Warp

- Brugge-based promoters Music In Mind will bring a raft of talent from the Warp Records roster to Concertgebouw Brugge later this month. We're not sure if it was intentional, but Music In Mind's latest event at Concertgebouw Brugge has a bit of a 'something old, something new' feel to it. Warp Records is the theme for the evening, as key names from the seminal imprint's past, present and future descend upon the venue. Representing the label's long-standing associates then, will be experimental London duo Plaid, dub flecked quartet Seefeel, another foursome (in their current incarnation) in the shape of Red Snapper and Nick Talbot's Gravenhurst project. The fresh blood meanwhile, is represented by Bibio and Hudson Mohawke whose respective, Ambivalence Avenue and Butter LPs have been getting fans of forward thinking UK hip-hop all hot and bothered this year.
