  • The Revenge will headline The Horse & Groom's Sunday session on December 6th. The 150-capacity pub may not be the most rave-oriented venue in Shoreditch, but its music policy is certainly close to its heart, bringing in top DJs from house, disco, techno and dubstep spheres to brighten up its traditional pub atmosphere. Its Sunday soirees are a case in point, with recent guests including Ivan Smagghe, Greg Wilson, Pilooski and Stevie Kotey, and next week it'll be the turn of The Revenge to take control of the decks, spinning an extended four hour set. Known primarily for his sturdy brand of sample-based house music, Graeme Clark will use the time to showcase his own edits and productions, although you can be sure that he'll be dropping a fair few vintage disco stormers into the mix along the way. Monday morning workers that might worry about overdoing things will be glad to see that things kick off at a very civilised 4 PM, allowing for ten hours of public house partying before time is called. Support will come from Discovery promoters and residents Neil Thornton and Dave Rose, who are both well known in London for their discerning disco selections.
