  • Underground Quality and Deconstruct Music are set to come together for a joint residency in New York. UQ's Jus-Ed and Deconstruct's Anthony Parasole and Levon Vincent have been among the most prominent supporters of a new wave of house music coming out of New York's tri-state area, marrying rough and ready production ethics with evocative melodies and plenty of bumping grooves. The three are part of a close-knit network of DJs and producers, and their new The Club House party will look to showcase their favorites in the intimate surroundings of Manhattan's Love. Vincent won't be present for their inaugural bash, but Ed and Parasole have brought in New Jersey-based deep houser Fred P (who you may know from his productions as Black Jazz Consortium) and New York's DJ Qu to blast out their beats on Love's impressive sound system. Fans may want to arrive early, as entry will be half price before midnight, with special label giveaways going on throughout the night.
