Carl Craig, Radio Slave, Modeselektor and Laurent Garnier billed for the massive dance music festival in Liege.
On January 23rd, the third edition of the TransArdentes Festival will take place at the Halles des Foires in Liege, Belgium.
The event will occupy three large rooms, with each offering distinctly different types of dance music. In the Sphere Room, attendees will be treated to live sets by Laurent Garnier, Modeselektor, Mondkopf and Popof, as well as DJ sets by Darko, Chris Liebing, and a back-to-back session by Carl Craig and Radio Slave with Mad Mike Banks on keyboard. The Cube Room will be straight up drum & bass all night, with System D, Noisia, Sub Focus, Ed Rush & Optical and others skittering through the wee hours of the morning. Meanwhile, the masses will likely flock to the gigantic Pyramid Room, where Laidback Luke will be joined by Crookers, Fake Blood, Renaissance Man, Zombie Nation and more.
Up to 10,000 people are expected to attend TransArdente, a festival that sold out the Hall de Foires in its first two years, while similarly blending mainstream and underground acts. Judging by the past two years' success, interested punters would be well advised to get tickets as soon as possible.
