  • Detroit techno innovator Derrick May will continue his London residency at Ministry Of Sound this month. The Transmat chief's first UK gig of the year will take place on the last day of this weekend's Bloc festival, but those of you who would rather catch the man in his usual club setting of Ministry's main room can head over to the Gaunt Street club on Saturday 27th March. He'll be joined behind the decks by fellow Detroit luminary Theo Parrish, and Osunlade, both of which will bring a housier and more organic feel to proceedings than May's pumping techno. Over in the Bar, Hi-Tek Soul resident Jim Masters will helm a more European vibe, with Italo legend Alexander Robotnick set to perform his hybrid DJ/live show. Tomoki Tamura and ART boss Kirk Degiorgio complete the club's special guest line-up with their respective melodic techno styles, and Manchester's Micron crew will also be on hand with an array of four-to-the-floor selections up in the Loft. Tickets for Hi-Tek Soul are now available to purchase directly via RA Tickets.
