- The Norwegian duo will follow up last year's Junior with an instrumental album this fall.
Norwegian duo Royksopp are set to release their next full-length, Senior, this fall on Wall of Sound.
As its title suggests, the new record is closely related to Royksopp's last album, Junior, which hit stores last March. Both records were recorded at the same time, and each shows a different side of group's sound: Junior focused on energetic, melodic pop tunes, while Senior is deep, contemplative and entirely instrumental. According to the band, the new record is "about age, horses and being subdued - with devils breathing down your neck."
