Glade have announced another slew of acts for this year's event at the Matterly Bowl, including house and techno favorites Matthew Dear and Joris Voorn.

Head Dirtybird Claude VonStroke has also been billed, along with tech house edit master Jamie Jones. Ed Rush will provide some advanced drum & bass sounds, and Riva Starr will bring the sunny, big room house jams. Other additions include FreQ Nasty, Delphic and Etienne De Crecy, who will come fully equipped with his signature "light cubes." All of these artists join a four-day lineup that already boasts names like Autechre, Jeff Mills, The Field, Skream and Orbital to name just a few.

Thu, 20 May 2010The Glade has been the most consistently forward thinking festival in the UK for the last 8 years or so.
There is always going to be a slight undesirable element to any festi, but the Glade managed to attract a majority of sensible(ish ) people who looked out for one another and were there for wicked music and a good time.
The change of site was a big downer for the organisers who had no choice due to locals and police.
Its sad times for the UK festival scene... More

Sun, 16 May 2010fucking gutted
was going to be highlight of my summer
anyone know of any other festivals with similar underground feel and line up
dont fancy anything with trance of any kind
yep, there were thieves last year
take nothing with you and if someone pops their head in your tent in the middle of the night and says 'sorry wrong tent' punch the cunt and search them as they are likely to be scumbags

Thu, 13 May 2010Big Shame, wasnt plannin on going but its a shame the police and local authorities had a big hand in disrupting what looked to be a great festival from what ive heard!
