The Ghostly International artist will tour the States in support of his upcoming full-length.
Ghostly's in-house synth obsessive, Solvent has just announced a number of dates in advance of his new album, Subject to Shift.
Toronto-based Jason Amme made the move over to the Ann Arbor label, Ghostly International, back in 2004. Since then he's continued on an exploratory path of sweet melodic techno and synth experimentations. His forthcoming full length, Subject to Shift is no exception, seeing his melancholic sound turn that little bit more sombre, with a more bittersweet edge than his previos album back in 2004 which featured "cute, happy robots." Amme will be touring right across North America from May onwards, stopping off for dates in Toronto, Chicago, New York and Denver, and ending up at Woodshed in Salt Lake City on June 22.
