Ralph Lawson & co will throw an extended warehouse party in London next month.
Venerated Leeds-based outfit 2020 Vision will travel down to London next month for an extended label showcase at Village Underground.
Many of 2020Vision's best known acts have been lined up for the party's epic 12-hour stretch, including festival favorites Crazy P and labelhead Ralph Lawson. The raw industrial setting of the venue is sure to create a warehouse party feel, and with its plentiful skylights and a 6pm-6am running time, the most will be made of the natural summer light.
Also booked for the event is the four-person 2020 Soundsystem collective, who will be making their second London performance of the year. Stuttgart's Motor City Drum Ensemble will drop some organic house and techno grooves, and Julien Chaptal will jet in from Amsterdam for a tougher take on 4/4. Lawson will reappear for a set alongside jozif, while Craig Torrance, Chris Halliday and Danny Raper complete the cast of local support. The all-night party will be powered by the venue's Funktion One system, and the first 100 revellers will receive a free 2020Vision compilation.
