  • The third generation of controllers from German manufacturer Faderfox are now available. Billed as "probably world's smallest DJ-controllers," Faderfox has been finding favour with digital DJs and live performers these past few years thanks to the range's rugged design and portability. This latest wave of five controllers is perhaps most notable for the introduction of USB—a feature that most of Faderfox's loyal band of users have been crying out for. Although any DJ software could conceivably be brought under control using the units, the range has been optimised for Native Instruments' ?Traktor Pro and Ableton Live (setup files for both come bundled). Four decks and four FX slots can now be controlled via a new shift function, while improved control design and the usual high quality build should also be expected. For full details of five new units, head over to the Faderfox site via the link below.
