Holy Fuck, Four Tet, Deadmau5 and more have been billed for the San Francisco event this fall.
The annual Treasure Island Festival will return to San Francisco this October, bringing with it an eclectic bill of indie and electronic performers.
The event will once again take place on Treasure Island, an artificial island with spectacular views of the Bayside cityscape. The first day will have a slightly more electronic feel to the programming, with indie-dance supremos LCD Soundsystem and crossover sensation Deadmau5 headlining, plus a live set from Austrian dubsters Kruder & Dorfmeister and Afrikaans hip hop phenomenon Die Antwoord. Sunday is a strictly indie affair, with the Glaswegian kings of twee, Belle and Sebastian, noisy 90s artrockers Superchunk and orchestral Americana from The National.
