  • This September, Dresden-based label Uncanny Valley will release its first EP, featuring tracks by Break SL, Jacob Korn, Cuthead and Thomas Frohlich. Many German cities have a particular house or techno scene to call their own, often emanating from a cluster of clubs, record shops and artists. In this respect, Dresden is no different from Berlin, Hamburg or the Ruhr-Main region: it has its clubs (Altes Wettbuero, Galerie Disko), its key record shop (Fat Fenders) and its crews of local artists, one of which is represented in part on Uncanny Valley 01. Alongside established producers Break SL and Jacob Korn, the inaugural EP features local up-and-comers Cuthead and Thomas Frohlich. To hear the record streamed in its entirety, head over to the label's official website. Tracklist 01. Thomas Frohlich - Get Us 02. Jacob Korn - Slamduck 03. Cuthead - Unacceptable Moustache Style 04. Break SL - Low Light Uncanny Valley will release Uncanny Valley 01 in September 2010.
