- The German artist will release his debut album in October.
German vocalist and producer Fritz Kalkbrenner is set to release his first artist album, Here Today Gone Tomorrow, this fall on Suol.
As Paul Kalkbrenner's younger brother, Fritz has been involved in music for years, both as a singer and a producer. He made his vocal debut back in 2002 on Sascha Funke's "Now You Know," and from there put out a slew of his own productions on BPitch, Suol and Baalsaal Music. But he first made a splash 2008 with "Sky and Sand," one of the biggest hits to come off the soundtrack to Berlin Calling, his brother's feature film. Here Today Gone Tomorrow shows Kalkbrenner staying true to form, balancing club sensibility with the warmth of a singer-songwriter.
