- Tom Neville and Serge Santiago will accompany the GA lads on an eight-date tour of the UK next month.
Retro/Grade have been selected as the main support act for Groove Armada's upcoming UK tour.
Retro/Grade is a collaborative project between London-based electro-house producers Serge Santiago and Tom Neville, who've had a close relationship since beginning their production careers in the first half of the last decade. After previously working together on a few tracks—including their storming version of Kano's italo-disco classic "It's A War"—they decided to formalise their electronic disco partnership last year, and Retro/Grade was born.
The pair will warm up for Groove Armada on all of their UK dates throughout October, which are being undertaken to promote the headliner's Black Light album from earlier this year. The tour will kick off in Leeds on Thursday 7th October before moving on to Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Norwich, and Bristol, culminating in two shows at London's Brixton Academy. Expect to hear a few of Retro/Grade's own album tracks when they take to the stage, as they've scheduled their debut album for early-2011, which will be entitled Motion.
