  • The Warehouse Project will close out their 2010 series with a final bash on New Year's Day, headlined by Ali Shirazinia, AKA Dubfire. 2010 was Warehouse Project's fourth year running, and arguably its biggest yet. In addition to perennial outfits like Cocoon, Minus and Bedrock, the Manchester establishment hosted a batch of newfangled events, including parties curated by Modeselektor and Four Tet. The scope of the 30-event series included everything from indie rock to dubstep, but their New Year's Day closing party is focused squarely on house and techno. Chicago house jock Derrick Carter will fly in for the event, and Panorama Bar resident Cassy nabs a headlining spot as well. Tech house establishment Crosstown Rebels will arrive in force, with label head Damian Lazarus joining Jamie Jones and Soul Clap. Heidi of Get Physical rounds off the bill, along with resident DJs Greg Lord and Krysko. Tickets to the Warehouse Project's New Year's Day closing party are available right here on RA.
