  • Post-dubstep duo Mount Kimbie will be making their Australian club debut this March. Made up of London-based artists Dominic Maker and Kai Campos, Mount Kimbie have been churning out ethereal, dubstep-inspired tunes since their debut in early '09. In the relatively short time since, they've become one of the genre's most respected names, with a batch of acclaimed 12-inches culminating in their debut album, Crooks & Lovers. As a live act, Mount Kimbie have brought their guitar-enhanced performance to dozens of clubs and festivals worldwide. Berghain, Poland's Unsound Festival and famed Glasgow venue Sub Club have all played host to the duo, and their Australian tour will be similarly diverse. Melbourne's Roxanne Parlour club will be up first on March 5th, and will be shortly followed by a midweek date at the intimate Good God Small Club. From there they'll head north for a set at Brisbane's Bar Soma, before joining the cast of electronic performers at Victoria's Golden Plains festival.
