The first album by Mr Raoul K is called Introducing My World , and will come out this March on Mule Musiq .Introducing My World . Source material for the album was recorded in his home town of Agboville with the help of local musicians, so many of the tracks are dominated by chants and live percussion. Konan put the record together back at his studio in Luebeck, placing new tunes side by side with some ones, like a new edit of his 2008 A-side "Himalaya," and his recent collaboration with the German trio Wareika. Introducing My World will be one of Raoul K's few albums to be released outside of his own imprint, Baobab Music.
