Steffi launches LP at Trouw

- Steffi will launch her debut LP, Yours & Mine, at Amsterdam club Trouw on 26th February. The reaction towards Steffi's recently released album has been mostly split down the middle. "There's something so appealing about the simple way she builds her structures that it doesn't matter if they sometimes look a bit too much like the ones over on the other side of the fence," said RA's Andrew Ryce in his review, summarizing the feeling that if you can get down with contemporary old-school house sounds then the album is probably for you. What's not in dispute, however, is the Panorama Bar resident's worth as a DJ. She'll be joined at Trouw on Saturday 26th by fellow Ostgut member Marcel Fengler, who will complement Steffi's house tones with his techier range. Steffi's friend and Klakson/Dolly cohort Dexter will pitch in with a live set, Virginia—who sings on two of Yours & Mine's nine tracks—DJs. Imprint resident Sandrien rounds off the bill.
