- Romanthony, San Proper and Tyree Cooper all guest on the Rush Hour artist's next full-length.
Dutch DJ and producer Tom Trago will release his next album, Iris, this April through Rush Hour.
In the studio and behind the decks, Trago has a soft spot for funky, disco-flavored house. Almost all of his records to date have been released on Rush Hour, arguably the most significant house label in his home city of Amsterdam (it was, after all, our favorite from last year). Iris is his second full-length, after 2009's Voyage Direct, and it shows staying loyal to his usual style while also toying with hints of hip-hop, soul and R&B. Some notable classic house legends make guest appearances, namely Tyree Cooper and Romanthony. Fellow Amsterdam stalwart San Proper contributes vocals as well. All of the tracks on the album are previously unreleased.
