- BBC Radio 1 DJ Pete Tong returns to Miami with a daytime pool party at the Surfcomber Hotel next Friday during Ultra week. Tong has been involved in the music industry for more than three decades, and since signing on to Radio 1 in 1991, he's played an important role in raising awareness for contemporary dance music in his native UK and beyond. Joining in the fun at Pete's Pool Party is a crew of international house and techno stars, including Minus mastermind Richie Hawtin and Cadenza boss Luciano. The lineup also features Riva Starr, who will be joining Tong in a Future Underground double-mix to be released next month. The flyer leaves room for "very special guests", for those looking for some mystery to sweeten the deal.
