To celebrate, the Melbourne club night will host Desyn Masiello and Satoshi Tomiie this Saturday.
Melbourne club night Darkbeat will celebrate eight years of operation this weekend, hosting a 17-hour party with Desyn Masiello and Satoshi Tomiie.
Since making its entry to the Melbourne circuit in 2003, Darkbeat has become one of the city's most high-profile parties. The event has chosen to primarily book progressive house DJs, while occasionally playing host to techno and deep house artists. This week's event sees Darkbeat stick to their roots, enlisting onetime Melbourne resident Anthony Pappa, Circo Loco's Andrew Grant and UK duo Audiojack to spin alongside Masiello and Tomiie.
To take advantage of the last remaining autumn sunlight, the party will be kicking off at an early 2 PM on Saturday afternoon. It will then carry on through to 7 AM on Sunday morning.
