The shadowy producer will appear alongside visual artist MFO at Chez Jacki this Friday.
Oni Ayhun will present a new audio/visual show in Berlin this Friday, May 13th.
We think by now the cat is well and truly out of the bag: Oni Ayhun is the techno/experimental side project of Olof Dreijer, one half of The Knife. He's released four untitled EPs through his self-titled record label since 2008, and has shown a propensity for distortion, drones and theatrics in the live arena. This new project is said to marry surround sound with an all-encompassing visual element that will "create a cocoon within the club space." As trippy and cool the trailer below is, it gives no real clues as to what to expect, but know that this will be the only chance to catch the show this year as Dreijer will subsequently be tied up with the new Knife album. In terms of support acts, Ostgut's Sam Barker (AKA Voltek), Karaoke Kalk's Strobocop, Tim Lensenta and Area Boy & Marius Reisser will all be setting the scene.
