  • Israeli producer Guy Gerber takes his live set on the road to North America this month, starting in Montreal on Friday, May 27. Gerber has been championing his own brand of melodic tech house for almost a decade, with releases on Bedrock, Cocoon and Cadenza, but today he might be most well known for Supplement Facts, the label he founded four years ago in Tel Aviv. Lee Curtiss, Till von Sein and Seuil have all produced for the label, whose records are adorned with Gerber's own vivid cover art. This North American tour coincides with two new releases on the label: a remix package for last summer's Hate/Love EP, and a new collaboration between Gerber and Chaim. Armed with a new live set, which features an 808 clone and a slew of effects pedals, Gerber's tour takes place over two weekends starting at the end of May: he'll kick things off at Stereo in Montreal alongside Berghain DJ Ben Klock, then head to Miami before playing a Sunday afterparty at City Club in Detroit during Movement, which also features M.A.N.D.Y. and Craig Richards. The following weekend will see Gerber headline a Thursday night at Blkmarket Membership in New York, followed by night in Chicago at an undisclosed location. The tour winds down the following Saturday, June 6th, at Footwork in Toronto.
