Glueckstueck celebrate 10 years with weekender

- Alex Smoke and Onur Özer have both been billed for the milestone event later this month.
- Zürich's Glueckstueck/GS will mark their tenth anniversary with two parties at Cabaret on the weekend of Friday 27th May. Berlin's Vakant label will come under heavy representation across the weekend, particularly on the Friday. Scottish live act Alex Smoke, who has made numerous appearances on the imprint since 2004, tops the bill, and he'll be joined by Mathias Kaden and Nico Purman, who have enjoyed similar relationships with Vakant these past few years. Smoke tends to push a somewhat darker sound than that of his label mates, while Kaden and Purman can usually be relied upon for house music with plenty of organic percussion. Beda, Playlove and Mini Bashekim are also confirmed acts on the night. Moving on to Saturday, Turkish born DJ and producer Onur Özer is the main draw card. Özer has released almost exclusively with Vakant since debuting back in 2005, and put out an album, Kaşmir, through them in 2007. Paul Brtschitsch and Galoppierende Zuversicht will both perform live, while support comes from co.mini, m.a., Man of Tomorrow and Citycat & Sampayo.

Alex Smoke, Mathias Kaden, Nico Purman, Beda, Playlove, Onur Özer, Paul Brtschitsch, Galoppierende Zuversicht
