- Realmz joins the Minneapolis DJ for a party in Pittsburgh next weekend.
DVS1 will headline a Humanaut party in Pittsburgh next Friday night.
DVS1 (aka Zak Khutoretsky) has been DJing and throwing parties around the Midwest since the '90s, but he gained global recognition after Berghain resident Ben Klock took him under his wing in 2009. Since then he's appeared on Derrick May's Transmat imprint and he's been recruited for remixes from the likes of Perc Trax, Prologue and most recently Blueprint, where he contributed to the label's remixes project in support of O/V/R's "Post Traumatic Son." He's also been busy DJing around the world; next month he'll head to Japan to play the Freedommune Zero charity event with Jeff Mills and Ken Ishii.
The party at Belvedere's will feature four-corner surround sound and LED lighting. Local support for the night will come from Sonic Groove artist Realmz and RelativeQ.
