Luciano and Steve Lawler headline Electrobeach 2011

- Luciano and Steve Lawler will head the bill at the second Electrobeach Festival in Benidorm, Spain next week. The Cadenza man and the British veteran will follow in the footsteps of Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath and Carl Cox who played at last year's inaugural Electrobeach which attracted just over 20,000 revellers. The festival takes place all around Benidorm, with Lecante beach the centre of the action by day. At night, the party moves to four different locations—Terra Mítica which hosts The Global Party and features multiple stages; The Beach Stage adjacent to Levante beach; El Mirador del Castillo, home to The Sunset Sessions over-looking the castle; and the clubs Ku and Manssion. The four-day festival kicks off with a series of pre-parties on Wednesday 24th August before the main festival gets under way with Cristian Varela and Friends featuring Varela himself, Nic Fanciulli, and John Acquaviva. As well as Luciano and Lawler's headline sets, highlights over the weekend include Circoloco's party with Davide Squillace, Anthony Collins, DJ W!ld and Matthias Tanzmann on the Friday, a Cadenza showcase hosted by Luciano, and various shades of techno from Marc Houle, Ben Sims, Kevin Saunderson and Audiofly.
