Funktrust continue their successful Kings of the Block parties with installment number III coming up this Thursday night. Taking place at the home of Funktrust, Sydney’s Globe the nights are all about “ no pedestrians, no chillin', no subtlety, all on the floor, hands in the air, ass rocking party tunes & party moves. For the DJs - its time to work for a living! It’s Struttin' time for the Selectahs - skills on display. For everybody - DJs, Party People, Staff, Promoters — it’s about drinking & dancing & accepting that Friday, & employment, are merely states of mind [to be ignored]. ” It’s an awesome line-up of local talent providing the tunes this week including 2Dogs & a Mutt [2Dogs + Mark Walton working their magic on 5 decks], Mr king [Brisbane], G-San [Melbourne], b-52’s [Phatboy & Naitch], Biz-E & Ritual, Smith & Weetchin, Will Styles & Learned Hand. The night kicks off at 10:00pm and lasts till the wee hour of4:00am.
