The Parisian afterhours party returns to Port de la Rapée this Sunday.
The next edition of Parisian afterhours party Twsted will take place this Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Twsted was originally meant to take place at a different venue every time, but this plan derailed with Twsted III, supposedly because the National Institute of Archaeology found a 15th century corpse beneath the prospective dance floor. Inspired by Voltaire, who once said "c'est dans les vieux pots qu'on fait les meilleurs teufs" ("it's from the old pots that we have the best drink"), the promoters moved the party back to the boat docked at 69 Port de la Rapée, the site of Twsted II (as described in RA's profile of Dan Ghenacia). Twsted IV returns to this spot on the Seine once again.
The lineup for this one has a lot of Berlin flavor. House-obsessed Panorama Bar residents Prosumer and Tama Sumo will headline, joined by Ostgut Ton's in-house vocalist Elif Bicer. Berlin-based DJ San Proper makes his second Twsted appearance, and Irish deep house artist John Daly makes his debut. Club der Visionaere resident Janina will play as well, along with Dutch artist Tom Ruijg and Twsted resident Grego G.
