Leeds' Mint Club will host a regular new bass music party called Absentminds starting later this month. Jacques Greene and Manchester's xxxy . Greene made a name for himself with tracks like "(Baby I Don't Know) What You Want" (which saw release on Night Slugs) and "The Look" (put out by LuckyMe). His colourful take on house music has since seen him return to LuckyMe and remix Radiohead's "Lotus Flower." George FitzGerald as the principle guest, joined by R&S Records' Lone who will perform live. Absentminds residents Thomas and Voyeur round off the bill.
