Body & Soul first began in 1996 at warehouse in Manhattan, which would eventually become Club Vinyl. It offered a distinct alternative to the other parties happening around New York, mainly because of its completely open-ended music policy: the three core DJs would tag-team for hours on end every Sunday, going as deep or as eclectic as they liked. Before long it was a cult favorite in New York's clubland. Though it ceased to be a weekly affair in 2003, Claussel, Krivit and Francois K have kept it alive as a party concept ever since.
Body & SOUL - 15 Years marks the party's anniversary by collecting 27 of its classic tunes, mixed, naturally, by the trio that made the party happen.
