  • Pinch and Shackleton released a collaborative album this week on Honest Jons Records. Both producers have long been at the vanguard of bass music, with Pinch housing many of the scene's best artists on his Tectonic imprint and Shackleton tearing up the genre's rulebook with his elastic and uncompromisingly dark compositions. Rumors of a joint effort by the two artists have been circulating for months, but concrete details only surfaced after the album was released yesterday. Simply entitled Pinch & Shackleton, the record features the duo's first ever official collaborations. It's available digitally, on vinyl and CD, with one extra track on the CD version: "Boracay Drift," which will come out on vinyl in December with a remix by Morphosis. Tracklist 01. Cracks In The Pleasuredome 02. Jellybones 03. Torn And Submerged 04. Rooms Within A Room 05. Selfish Greedy Life 06. Burning Blood 07. Levitation 08. Monks On The Rum 09. Boracay Drift (CD Only) Pinch & Shackleton is currently available on Honest Jons Records.
